Victoria to spend $240 million on land for new schools in growth corridors

The Victorian Government will spend nearly $240 million buying land for 14 new schools in Melbourne’s growth areas. The money will go towards purchasing primary and secondary school sites in booming corridors of the north, west and south-east. Orange teacher’s anti-Muslim Twitter posts concern parents

An Orange County middle school teacher’s Twitter posts criticizing Muslims and seeming to endorse white supremacy groups have upset some parents at the school, who learned about the social media writings this week.
